We collect information you provide (account email, workspace name) and information needed to connect to YouTube (OAuth identifiers, channel/video/comment metadata).

How we use data

We use information to provide the service (sync, labeling, exports), maintain security, support billing and account operations, and improve product reliability.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We share or disclose Google user data only in the limited situations below:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the product (for example hosting, infrastructure, analytics, AI processing, and email delivery).
  • Legal or regulatory disclosures when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • A merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where data transfer is necessary to continue the service, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Google API Data Policy

Google OAuth scopes we request and why:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to read channels, videos, and comments for sync and analytics.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl to publish replies and run moderation actions you explicitly trigger.
  • openid email profile to identify and link the correct Google account inside your workspace.

Comment Command's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported.

Retention

We retain data according to retention settings and plan limits in your workspace, and may delete older synced content based on those limits.

Your controls and rights

You can disconnect your YouTube account from Settings at any time. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
