How to request deletion

If you want Comment Command to delete your account data, workspace data, or connected platform data, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

Include your workspace name and specify whether you want us to delete:

  • your full account
  • a specific workspace
  • a connected social account integration
  • synced content associated with that integration

What we will do

After we verify the request, we will delete or disconnect the requested data from our active systems within a reasonable operational period, unless retention is required by law, billing obligations, fraud prevention, or security investigations.

What may remain temporarily

Some records may remain in backups, logs, or billing records for a limited period where required for operational integrity, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. Those records are not kept for product use and are removed according to our retention processes.

Alternative self-service actions

You can also reduce stored platform data by disconnecting integrations from the product and stopping future sync activity before submitting a full deletion request.
